Therapy for Real Life
Therapy should be a place where you can be honest about what is happening in your life, even when it's complicated, uncomfortable, or difficult to put into words.
About Mark
I’m Mark Ludwig, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than two decades of experience in behavioral health and human services. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, family conflict, parenting challenges, and significant life transitions.
My approach is collaborative, straightforward, and grounded in genuine human connection. I believe people do their best work when they feel understood rather than judged. My job isn’t to tell you how to live your life. It’s to help you better understand yourself, your relationships, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and to find meaningful, realistic ways to move forward.
Professional Experience
I have worked in counseling and human services since 2001, with experience spanning private practice, community behavioral health, addiction treatment, higher education, and clinical leadership. I hold two master’s degrees, including a graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from La Salle University, and am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Connecticut.
Before my current work, I served as a full-time Instructor at Central Connecticut State University, Intervention Specialist and Program Manager at Wheeler Clinic, and Clinical Director of Hartford HealthCare’s Detoxification and Residential Addiction Treatment Services. In Pennsylvania, I have worked at Lenape Valley Foundation in Doylestown, and served as Clinical Director at Steps to Recovery, where I worked across partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and general outpatient levels of care. I currently serve as Clinical Director at Bucks Support Service and Bucks Support Therapy Group, as well as having founded Bucks Behavioral Health, LLC.
